How we operate

Booking

The fastest way to book is now online via the button above.
However if this is not your thing, you may still call the salon. If you do not get a response from reception, please email or leave a message and someone will get back to you, as soon as we possibly can, but at least within 24 hours.

Cancellations

We understand that life gets in the way sometimes. We do not currently charge for missed appointments and it’s not something we would like to start doing. Please give us as much notice as possible, 48 hrs or more please xx

Colour

IMPORTANT
We operate a strict skin testing policy unless you have a Colour Start Passport.

All colour services must have a skin test at least 48 hrs beforehand.

Colour services include : full head tint, toners, root regrowth, bleach service, balayage

Please book your skin test separate to your full service appointment so you can choose different dates for the skin test. We just want to keep you safe!

If you hold a Colour Start Passport you do not need a skin test, ask your stylist for more information.

Please book your service in the order it’s meant to be, for example any colouring services first then your wash/ cut/blow services after.

Don’t forget to book your colour first then your toner (if required ) then your wash/ cut/ style after, otherwise you will not be booked to have it removed!!

If you think you may require a toner then you must book a toner after your foils or colour before your Wash/Cut/Style.

If your Stylist judges that the time booked is wrong they will try their best to get in touch beforehand but make sure they give you as much as they can in the time allowed but may not be able to give you the full service you require.
